At the top of the cross on the left the main Armenian Church is represented which was built in Echmiadzin in 303, during two years after Christianity was adopted in Armenia. In the right upper corner St. Grigor Lusavorich church is represented, built in Yerevan in honor of 1700th anniversary of adoption of Christianity in Armenia and named after the First Most Holy Patriarch of Armenia. The church of Yeghvard built in 1301 in honor of 1000th anniversary of adoption of Christianity in Armenia. St. Hripsime Church, the most wonderful church in Armenia, built at the burial place of the saint martyr – Christian Hripsime. The temple of Zvartnots is known as an architectural masterpiece of Armenian masters which has grandiose three-level construction. The monastery of Khor Virap is known as the place where Grigor Lusavorich, who adopted the Christianity as the state religion of Armenia, started his religious activity.
